Returns and Refunds
At RigCables, we take pride in providing high-quality coax cables, connectors, and radio accessories. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to help.
This Refund & Return Policy applies to purchases made directly on RigCables.com.
1. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Eligible Items

Unused, unopened products in original condition

Non-custom cables (standard lengths and configurations)
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Not Eligible for Returns
Because these products are precision-built and often made to order, we cannot accept returns on:

Custom cable assemblies (including any cable cut to a specific length, special connectors, or custom configurations)

Used or installed products
-
Items with cut, damaged, or altered cable
2. Return Process
To request a return:

Email support@rigcables.com with your order number.

Our support team will review the request and provide return instructions if eligible.

Once approved, ship the item back using the provided RMA instructions.
Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
3. Refunds
Approved Refunds
Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 3–7 business days for processing.
Restocking Fee
A 10% restocking fee may apply to unopened items returned for reasons other than defect or our fulfillment error.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Provide photos of the issue and the packaging

We will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you
We stand behind our products and will always make it right.
5. Cancellations
Before Shipping
Orders can be canceled before they enter production or ship.
Custom Orders
Once production begins on custom cable assemblies, cancellations may not be possible.
6. Exchanges
Exchanges are available for eligible (non-custom) products.
For custom cables, exchanges are not possible due to the personalized nature of the product.
