Want to use an outboard audio processor or mixer with your Kenwood rig, then this is the cable you need. Most modern Kenwood Rigs have a 13-pin DIN Accessory socket on the back, which incorporates a line-level Packet Audio Input on pins 11 (ANI) and 12 (GND). This 6-ft cable brings these two pins out and terminates them on a Female XLR connector (GND to pins 1 & 3, and signal to pin 2).

KENWOOD XLR LINE AUDIO INPUT CABLE
I sent an email to Dave at Rig Cables and he answered me on a weekend on a Saturday. He emailed me back and I gave him the exact instructions that I needed. I was going from a max audio processor back to the ACC2 plug of a Kenwood 890 S. I told Dave that I have an external PTT switch that I use on the front mic connection. He wired a perfectly and it arrived in three days and I’m on the air and very happy. Thank you, Dave.
